1. Upon arrival at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar on February 25, inform the guard at the entrance that you are a guest of the Pua-Gonzalgo Wedding. You may then proceed to Casa New Manila which is the front desk building of the venue. The ground floor is exclusively designated as the registration area for all wedding guests including those who will be checking in on that date. Please be reminded that only registered wedding guests submitted by the soon-to-weds will be permitted entry inside the resort so make sure you were able to confirm your attendance as well as those of your companion/s, if any.

2. If you arrive earlier than 1:30 PM, you may proceed to Casa Biñan, an airconditioned function room, which will serve as the holding area for all wedding guests. You may opt to explore the resort or avail of the guided walking tour if you arrive before lunchtime. There is a scheduled tour every hour prior to the ceremony from 8:00 AM onwards. You may also have lunch at any of the restaurants inside Las Casas Filipinas.

3. For guests who availed of a room and are checking in on February 25: standard check-in time is 2PM so if you arrive early and your room is not yet available, you may leave your luggage at the front office where they may secure your items until your room is ready. You will need to go back and retrieve them along with your room key once your room is ready for occupancy.

4. Assembly for all guests at Sanctuario de San Jose church is at 1:30 PM. The members of the entourage will be asked to line up at 1:45 PM and the ceremony march will start at 2:00 PM. The mass will end at 3:00 PM and the group pictorials inside the church will last until 3:40 PM.

5. From 3:45 PM to 4:30 PM, you may choose to join the guided walking tour for the wedding guests, go back to Casa Biñan or your room to take a quick break, go back to the front office if you left your luggages there, or explore the resort on your own.

6. Cocktail food and drinks will be served at 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM at Tulay Hidalgo which is located beside Hotel de Oriente, our wedding reception location. Guests may enter the Manila Hall of Hotel de Oriente by 6 PM but you may already check your table assignments/assigned seats at the ground floor lobby of Hotel de Oriente starting 5:30 PM. The reception program will start at 6:30 PM and will end at 9:00 PM.

7. We’ve prepared lots of party drinks for everyone so we encourage you to stay for the afterparty, dance the night away, and PUArty like crAZEy with us!
